Ali is a structural engineer specialising in civil composites with a strong technical background in FRP products at the material level, individual components and full-scale structures. Ali is passionate about FRP and believes it is the material of the present and future.

Daniel is passionate about the use of sustainable materials, such as FRP and geopolymer concrete. Possessing strong construction methodology knowledge, Daniel strives to provide a comprehensive end-to-end delivery from the design concept stages to planning and construction, bringing unique insights and expertise into niche sustainable civil projects across Australia. Daniel's communication skills and professionalism allow strong key stakeholder engagement across various faculties.

Ernest has worked his way through the ranks at Wagners CFT beginning in production scheduling and purchasing before transitioning to project estimation and inventory management. Through this Ernest has developed highly attuned analytical skills and can lead diverse teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Ernest's experience has seen him contribute to the successful delivery of projects on a global stage, demonstrating his agility and ability to work in high-pressure situations.

Gavin is a highly experienced and enthusiastic person with 30+ years of manufacturing and management experience in various automated and semi-automated manufacturing environments including grain, flour milling, bakery products, stock feed and for the past 12 years the manufacture of fibre reinforced polymer products.

Rory is a dedicated and conscientious leader with keen ability to implement systems that improve efficiencies, save money and increase productivity while ensuring compliance across the board.

Mark has held senior leadership roles in a number of industries including construction, telecommunications and hospitality at a regional, national and international level. Mark has extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business start ups, consulting and advisory roles as well as a strong and successful leadership background in contract negotiations.

Kellie is an empowering, influential and outcomes driven professional with an extensive career across marketing, journalism and digital media on an international scale. Kellie works closely with the executive team, playing a key role in developing high-quality communication pieces to deliver key messages to internal and external stakeholders, always with the focus on driving brand awareness and profitability.

With a strong background in structural drafting and estimation, Stewart has worked his way up through the ranks at Wagners CFT initially as a Senior Estimator and now Pre-Construction Manager. Stewart is very precise and detail-oriented ensuring that our customer's builds go to plan and are on budget and on time.

Jason has been with Wagners for more than 13 years bringing a wealth of knowledge regarding drafting and technical software used to design construction projects. Jason coordinates all of the design work required for Wagners CFT construction projects including the management and production of technical drawings and plans use to build our structures.

Usama began his time at Wagners as a Laboratory Assistant quickly moving into the role of Research and Development Laboratory Manager. Usama leads the team researching and investigating ideas for concepts and the development of new products, materials and manufacturing processes.

Sabin consistently delivers innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions by leveraging his extensive knowledge of FRP material properties, capacities, analysis and design. His expertise with the latest industry software and design technologies ensures accuracy and efficiency in every project. Sabin is a passionate advocate for advanced materials and his current focus is on exploring the feasibility of using FRP to replace traditional material in various structural applications.
